My name is Mirel Barcelo and I am a South Florida CPA, entrepreneur, and mom to a wonderful girl. A year ago I was feeling stuck in my life and decided to make a change. I started working out and it completely changed my life. I am now 50lbs lighter and I just placed third place in the Fitness Diva category on my very first competition show. Fit and Glowing was created to help individuals who are trying to make a change in their lives.
